Guess Who's Two?!?!

Today is Jackson's second birthday. We can't believe two years have flown by so quickly. We went to Chuck E. Cheese's tonight for pizza and playtime. Jackson enjoyed playing any kind of game that included a ball. He also enjoyed putting the tokens in the slot and pulling the tickets!

Big Boy Bed!

Since my belly is too big for me to reach into Jackson's crib, we converted it to a toddler bed and he is doing really well with it. He actually stays in it which is nice. When we put him to bed the other night he said "love you," which melted our hearts. He's also getting his pleases and thank yous down. We couldn't be prouder. We can't believe he will be two in less than a week!

Christmas Adventures in Texas

We made it back from Texas in one piece! We went to Wichita Falls, Jacksboro, and to Dallas (twice). Our camera died about half-way into our trip and we forgot the charger. Here are the pictures we were able to take up to that point.

Opening Presents

Since we will not be home on Christmas Day, we opened presents early this year. Jackson wanted to open more than what he was supposed to...I had to re-wrap two presents! He was also more interested in unwrapping presents than the toys he unwrapped. Here are the pictures we took yesterday. More Christmas photos to come from the adventures that we have ahead...

Big Brother

Today, we found out that Jackson is going to have a baby brother - just what the world needs, another Avery boy. We are very excited for him though, since they will be just a little over two years apart. We are trying to teach him to say "brother" and "baby Preston."
