Catching Up

Life has been so hectic lately with all of the summer travel and plans. I was in Ohio for work all of last week and am still trying to catch up with everything that has been going on. Here are some pictures that we haven't posted yet.
As some of you may know, Jackson is seeing an older woman. Her name is Emma and she is old enough to drive. As much as this worries me, I know that I have to trust my son to make good decisions about the girls he chooses to date. At least we know she comes from a good family.
As we all got tired of getting them out of the gravel, Claudia pitched in and helped direct them.

Claudia's Birthday Party

Claudia's birthday party had a High School Musical theme. The kids wore backstage passes and were supposed to dress as their favorite character. Here are some pictures from the party last Saturday.

Our trip to Austin

Some highlights from our trip to Austin:

Jackson rode like a big boy on the plane!
Watching the puppies outside...
He ate a lot (we all did actually)!
Swinging on his swing at Granny's...

Playing hide & seek with daddy at the family reunion.

Catching up with family & old friends!

Memorial Day Weekend

For Memorial Day Weekend, Uncle Greg came to visit to play in the Dos Amigos golf tournament with Scott. At the pool party, Jackson was not interested in getting in the water AT ALL. He just wanted to eat! I looked down at him as he was in my lap and saw that he had an entire chicken leg in his hand and he was trying to eat it. He walked around the pool with chicken in his hands but had no desire to do anything but that.

He would not put it down for anything...

He had no interest in watermelon. It was just chicken and cornbread for him.

We went to El Pinto before we had to take Greg to the airport on Monday. Jackson just helped himself to the chips on the table.

They have a beautiful patio and surrounding area outside.

I think he was wanting to play.

He will climb onto anything.
